Forces at the Fringe 2024

2024 saw the launch of Forces at the Fringe at the War Poets Collection, Edinburgh Napier University, Craiglockhart and the Royal Scots Club. This year's programme, included: The launch of the British Army's retiring Surgeon General Maj Gen Tim Hodgett's collected poems with the Military Wives Choir; A concert marking the 25th anniversary of the end of the Kosovo War and 75th anniversary of the founding of NATO with the Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland, Kosovo Security Force Band and US Navy Band Europe; readings of new plays written and performed by members of the Australian Defence Force; and an exhibition of work by War Artist Captain Hugh Beattie. We were also fortunate to welcome the Consul of the Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh Andrii Kuslii to the venue. You can download the full brochure by clicking the button below.
